GLUTEN-FREE BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD

If you háve never tried Brázilián cheese breád before, you áre in for á treát. They áre like little cheese puffs thát áre crispy outside but ámázingly soft ánd chewy inside.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fát milk
- 1 lárge egg
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups tápiocá flour/stárch
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddár ánd/or mozzárellá cheese
- 1 teáspoon sált
Instructions
- Preheát the oven to 400°F. Greáse two 12-cup mini-muffin páns.
