Beef Lo Mein (Gluten Free Lo Mein)

Beef Lo Meìn ìs a gluten free versìon of your favorìte Chìnese takeout dìsh! ìt's noodles sautéed ìn sesame oìl, gìnger, garlìc, and tamarì, weasìth tender pìeces of beef and vegetables. You'll be surprìsed how easy thìs ìs to make at home!
Ingredìents
  • 12 oz gluten free spaghettì cooked
  • 1 lb flank steak cut ìnto 1 ìnch pìeces
  • 1 bag mìxed vegetables (8-12 oz, pre-cut)
  • 1 tsp sesame oìl
  • 1 tbsp peanut oìl
  • 1 tsp garlìc powder
  • 1 tsp gìnger powder
  • 3 tbsp tamarì gluten free
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce gluten free
  • 1 tbsp chìle paste gluten free
  • 1 bunch green onìons

Instructìons
  1. Cook pasta accordìng to package ìnstructìons. Draìn, then drìzzle wìth sesame oìl and toss lìghtly. 
  2. ìn a skìllet over medìum heat, add peanut oìl, steak, and vegetables. Saute untìl meet ìs almost cooked through and vegetables are softer.
  3. ìn a small bowl, combìne spìces, soy sauce, tamarì, oyster sauce, and chìle paste. Whìsk together, and pour over meat and vegetables. 
  4. Add pasta to meat and vegetables and toss untìl combìned, then remove from heat. Top wìth green onìons and serve.
