3-Ingredient Egg Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Cáscádián Fárm™ Orgánic frozen hásh browns SáVE $
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby-Jáck cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • Olive or cánolá oil
  • Sált ánd pepper
  • Pársley, for gárnish (optionál)

Steps
  1. Preheát oven to 400º F.
  2. On the stovetop, heát 2-3 táblespoons of oil in á cást-iron skillet over medium-high heát.
  3. Cook hásh browns in oil until golden brown, ábout 8-10 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese ánd cráck 3 eggs on top of hásh browns.
  5. Tránsfer skillet to oven ánd cook for 6-9 minutes, or until the whites of the eggs áre set.
  6. Gárnish with pársley, if desired.
